[Support Skill] Cleanse change is too OP

This skill will now

• Purge:
  This ability and its morphs no longer reduce the duration of incoming negative effects.
  Increased the amount of negative effects instantly removed per cast to 3 from 2.
  This ability now ranks up in cost reduction, leading to a base cost of 7830 at Rank IV.
• Cleanse (morph):
  This morph no longer heals for 15% of the target’s Max Health if a negative effect was removed from them, but instead heals for 7-10% of their Max Health per negative effect removed.

In pvp and zerg group Cleanse will now cost 7830 magicka, will remove 3 negative effect from every group players and heals everyone for 30% of their max health.
So for 20k health in general, this Cleanse heals for 6k health instantly.

Now imagine 2 healers in the same group casting at the same time Cleanse where everyone has 6 negative effects min. That's 60% health back instantly of every group players.

This skill is soo OP that will be game breaking in group fights

If your strategy against organized groups is "attrition" then your team was already not going in with a full magazine. This change will help good groups have better staying power against mindless zergs, and change little about the combat between two good groups.
