Endless hail on level IV despite having 12 seconds duration only fires 10 ticks. Arrow barage for instance have 8 seconds duration and ticks 8 times which suggest endless hail should've 12 ticks.

abour merciless charge:yet:on pts it states 5s as opposed to live where it is 6s:Merciless Charge: Increased the amount of ticks this weapon grants by 1, resulting in an approximate 20% damage increase. This effect can trigger off each tick of Stampede’s Area of Effect.
and it actually ticks 6 times:
