Once, I defended them (sorcs). In "Nerfmire" ? The patch when ZOS wanted to add cast time on shields.
Got nothing but nerfs to my race, class, play style and non-meta build in return.

Van_Winkle✭✭✭✭Yes but nerf the pets they are a plague!!!When Zos'es are going to nerf sorcs, all magicka classes become trash in result. But not sorcs. So please, just nerf pets in PvP (no idea about PvE) or, i am afraid, sorcs will become even more invincible. -

This won´t happen. Sorcs are far to be invincible, the most i found in my BGs die quite fast. Sure, pets are annoying but most times i stun and kill the matriarch while the pet itself as a LoS barrier to the Sorc, then i kill the Sorc who cant heal.
Sorcs will be okish in Pvp, far from the true kings of PvP, DK tanks, Wardens, and in some ways NBs. -

People will just build for cost reduction (7 light armor, Breton, Seducer + Bright Throat) and stack Dampen and Hardened at the same time. Damage will be crap, but staying alive is more important than anything.
All these nerfs will accomplish is to make Sorcerers weak and ineffective in every aspect of the game, which is what the forum crybabies wanted, I guess,#CAREBEARMASTERRACE -

Saril_Durzam✭✭✭✭Yes nobody will think of the poor sorcerers!!!Sustain is one of the issues. Stamina skills have better DPS. Stamina builds get more resistances. Stamina trial sets are miles better than magicka sets.
There are many reasons. Even bow lately can put better DPS than magicka. I guess after this patch there will be more differences yet. -

Just dont let shields stack. Plain and simple. Wont affect much Sorcs (zero in Pve. Maybe a bit in PvP but not much). -
