2 – When you bash an enemy, you spew a cone of corruption, dealing 8000 Disease Damage to enemies. This damage is increased by 5% for each negative effect the enemies have, up to 150% additional damage. This effect can occur once every 7 seconds.

Even if it's not out yet, i can already say it's too much damage. Procs too often. It's free.

The set is totally not named after me

But you need 30 debuffs on an enemy to have it hit with full damage, that is a whole lot of damage and actually counters overly tanky builds that are attacked by many players in pvp...

Compared to others, I don't see an issue with it so far.

PvPwise, Zaan is way more effective and is free to activate.
Let's compare it to Selene then. Twice the damage, half the cooldown.

In PvE Selene's is still potentially higher dps, realistically Maar would likely be slightly more as long as you have 30 dots active and use it on cooldown. In PvP I can't realistically see anybody having more than 15 dots at once (honestly if they do, they should be dead anyways) at which point it is only 2k more than Selene's. Most likely it will be visibly telegraphed and avoidable as well.

Also, it's the only set of its type that is NOT free. You have to bash when you normally wouldn't, which means that it has a cost in both time and stamina.

Except it has almost twice the cooldown. To get the same damage per second as viper you'd need quite a lot of negative effects on the enemy. Even with 5 effects you have the same damage as velidreth and you have to spend resources for it through bashing.

Sure it technically allows more burst, but you have to do a lot of stuff to get there... the maximum damage is high, but when do you ever have 30 debuffs on someone and not have them dead?
