Suggestion for Bleeds.

Why not make bleeds also scale with the target's max hp. Create a point of around, let's say, 24-26k hp where bleeds do normal damage and gradually increasing the more the target's hp exceeds that point but also decreasing if the target's hp is lower than the minimum of that range. Caps will have to be set of course. The idea behind this is to have bleeds as a chiselling mechanic and more effective against tanks as originally intended.

Was talking about this, after the patch notes were released, with a friend and thought I'd make a post about it.
Btw numbers are only for the sake of the post.

    Current change is fine and some relaxation for Magicka Players.

    24-26K HP is normal for players so your proposed change will make bleed useless against low target health players

    I like how they gutted the carve bleed with a 9% nerf on top of the resistance changes but twin slashes gets a 30+ bonus to damage and master's bleed got buffed even more. Twin-slashes will be hitting like an absolute truck on anyone that's not a tank while carve is back to being a useless skill. At least I won't be getting 10k bleed recaps on my fortified brass build anymore..

    Did it say if you have to secure the kill or if it procs on hit like how onslaught currently works?
    Either way corrosive armor / onslaught is going to give master's bleed absurd damage.

    Actually I'm mistaken. Went and read it again and from what I understand it says that instead of giving you spell and physical resistance it will give spell and physical penetration. Probably equal to the amount ignored depending on your initial target.
