I don’t mean to bump two similar threads, but this is an issue. My Mournful Aegis dummy also disappeared. Two tickets submitted with one auto closed and one with no response.

There seems to be an issue reinstating the item as the pack it comes with was gifted to me. I have screenshots of the gifting, of the item being used, and of it hanging out in my primary residence, but I'm not sure if this will matter.
