I need help with ticket response. (Urgent Issue)

Hi, I need help with my most recent ticket I sent. Can anyone help me with that, please?

    Still no response in the ticket nor in here. I can't login to my characters, it always stucks on ''Requesting character load...'' . I literally waited an hour on that loading screen and then tried a few times again. I repaired the game files 3 times, deleted all the add-ons I got in the game. I submitted a ticket, no one responded. I made a thread on the forums, no one responded. What else can I do? Please help me :smile:

    Absolute *** question, but have you tried a reset (soft and if that doesn't work, hard) of your router?
