Can someone please help me with my ticket?

It's been 6 days since I sent my ticket, can I please get some help? I couldn't make this thread any earlier because upon creating my account, I didn't get an invitation code so I then had to make another ticket just to get this far. I have no idea if the slow reply is because of what I've requested but I could really do with some assistance, it feels like I've been forgotten about, thank you.

I have a question, now that my steam account seems to be unlinked (I could now press the 'unlink' button), if I ever purchased the game again on Steam, would it then let me link my new/other ESO account? I have no idea if your old data is tied to your steam account or eso acccount, thanks.
