Can't really top the toxicity of PVPers now. Even players from other games know about how toxic PVPers in ESO are. This emote is mild.

ZOS has added fun emotes like this for a while. Look at /birdflip and /teatime.

I don't know, I'm sure it would be a lot easier to do it with one emote?
Or it could just involve dangling a teabag, on a string, in someone's face, if they wanted to keep it "classy".

Maybe they could just get rid of the PVP altogether and have competitive emoting, instead?
That would probably sort out the lag and bug issues, as well.
