✭I think they know - but I think they also know it’s going to take weeks if not months to update the code.
Update 24 (supposedly to make some things better) is around 5-6 months off.
Think about it , if it was just a case of lobbing some servers some more ram or processor, that’s a 24 hour job (can be done online in some instances)
This is a code or DB issue. I’d put money on it1 -

Yeah today has been a joke. Being attacked by invisible enemies in maelstrom, BEFORE starting the round, kicked three times trying to travel to a guild mates house then finally travelling to a free trader for my guild after bid lost and kicked again 😑 was planning on playing a few dungeon runs tonight but no point. Last few days every time I’ve run a dungeon it’s glitched in some way, I got stuck in a wall, on a box and kicked (from game not group) multiple times. If your doing end game content it is totally unplayable.2 -

Oh I just thought they were working on mobile games. But seeing this news just confirms that eso will just be milked and there is no hope for performance improvements.
This game will die due to neglect of performance and judging by how atrocious performance is. It won’t be long1 -
kitsune_beth✭✭✭Seems to be the worst performance recently that I remember. I can't remember ever having to close and re-load the game so many times because of it stuttering along, and getting stuck in load screens. It's gotten significantly worse since Elsweyr, more so yet in the past few days. Seemed OK immediately after the hotfix a couple of days ago, now it's back to tripe.5

✭✭Hope its not a pvp game. Just stick to pve and be done with it. Because, hopefully, most pvp players know how bad they've let this game go to *** over the last few years. While only commenting on the terrible performance maybe once a year.. Tbh, the worst part is them pretending nothing is wrong. Its terrible.
I also hope its not another TES or fallout game. Because I think im all set with zos and Bethesda and id rather not see them make things worse, at least with an online game. Maybe I'd try a fallout or TES game, just because of how much I love the older games (and loved eso) but definitely not a new title. No thanks.
Things have changed and both Bethesda and zos have proven they dont care about the players. If they did fallout 76 would have never happened how it did, blades wouldn't be a thing, and zos would not be ignoring major issues plaguing their games for years. I dont think a little communication is too much to ask for. And admitting when you are wrong gets more respect than doubling down on BS, or ignoring problems on a massive scale.
