Heya ive been speaking someone in the support team, but its taking at least a week each time to get a reply, is there a reason for such a long wait each time?

LadyTuskSoul ShrivenSomeone has seen the ticket as well and didnt reply? Ticket is - 190604-003414 - Is there a reason why it takes so long?! Also, if i say something to them and the time resets, does that mean it goes to the back of the que?
