We want this game to perform well too, it's the reason we are so adamant in showing our displeasure. Don't just shut the door in our face take your criticism, learn from it, and fix the game that so many people enjoy

What do you expect when the locked threads are in the style of a toddler throwing their dummy out of the pram?

Also, do you want 33 threads of one page cluttering up the forum or 1 thread of 33 pages? I know which gets the most attention. You only have to look at the thread about the removal of the Bosmer passive to see that.

I would actually like to see 33 threads about the performance issues cluttering up the first page

and that is why those threads will be locked. That is the same for many forums, not just ESO. Also...

I see where you are coming from but I don't agree with the approach you are suggesting. Also the whole if you don't like the game how it is go find another one is the same if you don't like the country how it is leave type of stuff people say and sounds just as funny. Anyway, the point is that these performance issues need to be fixed if they don't like how I bring it up to them they can ban me lol

Did you really just equate the process of emigrating to a different country with stopping playing a computer game? if a game, or other activity for that matter is not up to your expectations and you do not enjoy it then make your displeasure known in a calm, constructive manner and move on. Your blood pressure will thank you for it.

Me too. It's the single most important thing to be discussed right now, in my opinion and obviously one thread hasn't given zos the hint.

They say they have millions of copies sold, but they dont have millions of players. The pop has been decreasing and the game is 5yrs old. How much longer do you think they'll keep the party going?

Considering some of the issues we have been experiencing have been due to player loads, notably on PC EU then active players might be increasing. So not as solid argument unless you know the population is actually in decline.

They do not shut us down. There are plenty of players on at all time. Somedays it's like walking through Tokyo with all the foot traffic.

I have never seen a thread closed or hidden in all my time here. Are you sure we are talking about the same forums?

Seeing as this is a thread complaining about forum moderation, it will get shut down, as that is against the rules.

I think the issue is how the discontent is relayed to ZoS. Your message thread is pretty straight-forward and polite, even though it doesn't offer much usefulness. The ones that get banned are the disrespectful threads that have no intent other than trying to be disrespectful.

And this idea is not something specific to ESO forums or this game.... if you want someone to treat you wish respect then you need to show respect as well. You can't expect to bash the ZoS mods/developers and not get banned. Have some common-sense, folks.

    Criticism didn't start off harsh.

It grew that way as a result of bugs being mentioned, then bug-fig pleas, than asking why we weren't seeing results after months of the same pleas, than asking why it's multiple months without interaction with CM's, or anyone from the game even acknowledging they recognize we're asking for help.

Couple that with many, many of the bugs that persist for months or years are the same ones documented on the test servers, and the feeling that we're just cash-machines for the company that bears no responsibility to act like they care, and you can start to get the picture.

Recognize issues with the game, and fix them, or stop accepting our money.
