Lack of Response from Admins (All Bugs)

I don't know what is going wrong at ZOS lately. I've been playing since the end of 2015 and I've rarely seen regular game outages such as these! Yes I'm sure it's not easy creating new content, having deadlines to keep etc, but over the past few weeks when ESO is patched we've seen nothing but problems and the game has become broken in many areas, sometimes lasting for several days until things are running more smoothly again. Perhaps some of it is down to the implementation of the new server hardware... I just don't know! Surely patches should go through some sort of Quality Assurance testing before they're released, so it's not a case of 'one step forward, three steps back' when having to repair or undo the damage the new code has caused.

It just seems a little 'sloppy' to me and would create less hassle for everyone at ZOS and the ESO player base if these bugs were ironed out before the patches are rolled out! :/

The lack of communication is a problem especially when none of the bugs are getting fixed even though they are frequently reported. What should the community do when none of the bugs are getting fixed and no one is acknowledging any of the bugs or performance issues?

    Greetings,

We have closed this topic as it was originally created in June 2019 and the information may no longer be relevant. In many cases, it's better to create a new thread on a topic that you want to discuss as opposed to bumping one that is rather old.

    Thank you for your understanding
