I must be blind but man I need to ask.
The The Elder Scrolls Online: Elsweyr Digital Collector's Upgrade Edition does it include the dlc and collectors items or just the collectors items it never says include DLC it only says The Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade includes exclusive bonus content. But nothing about the Elsweyr DLC it self.

Yeah. It has the Elsweyr EXPANSION. It's a given that it would be included.

well you knever know I mean in the crown store you can by the collectors items only.
