Time for Faction lock to be removed again

Hello,

its just so frustrating. I play all factions with my characters cause i have friends all over the Alliances. I made characters for all Alliances, bought char slots for them, spend hours to level them. Only to be useless for them now.

I mainly was playing DC but sadly in my playtimes DC was literally dominating the map. Everywhere i go there was a DC zerg, killing every action in seconds making PvP very boring for me and my friends.

I have 5 chars on AD and 2 on EP wich i cant play. I dont enjoy noCP this much and the 7days campaigns are dead, even in prime time. You can take 3 home keeps of an enemy faction without any defender showing up.

Please ZOS, revert this change. 7 of my character have been made useless now and its just so sad and frustrating. I mainly play DC and i will never be able to go to cyro with my EP/AD friends anymore besides 7days campaigns where we are the only players on the map then.

Revert it. I want to play with all my friends again.

Thread spam is a ToS violation. All you're doing is forcing the mods to close your thread and direct people to one of the ither threads

The majority want faction locks and faction loyalty. If you’re tired of DC dominating, play an AD or EP character next campaign. You can’t judge faction locks on ONE campaign.

You can play with your friends.

Since you all have characters in different alliances, coordinate what alliance you'll all play that month.
If, for whatever excuse you come up with for why that won't work, go to a different campaign.

I feel for you I really do but has been pointed out to you, you can still play with your friends just pick an unlocked campaign or play a different alliance next campaign.

It is too premature to call for the end of alliance lock as no one can really see the true pros or cons now but the majority of PvPers I know only play one faction. Now is our time...

So what i basicly wrote is that i dont like noCP and the 7 days campaigns are dead. We tried 7 days. We took 3 enemy home keeps in prime time without any defender showing up. Do you think this is fun?

So, i should force my friends to abandon all their main characters that we can play from time to time together? You dont have friends right?

i love the faction locks and so do many
if you faction hop it should let you be flaggable and killable by ALL.

Everyone else is fine because they play on only one faction for leaderboard rewards like a correct person. If you want to play with your friends on another faction, go to another campaign - AP is AP. The only reason why you'd complain is because you're after the leaderboard so you can exploit it. You can't cheat anymore - get over it.

You and your friends need to coordinate and decide what faction you want to play each 30 day campaign. You CAN play together; just not on every individual character you have. It’s up to you to decide what faction you’re going to play. Faction locks aren’t permanent — you can play a different faction each campaign.

So playing for more then 1 campaign makes you an uncorrect person? Nice. Other campaigns are dead or noCP wich we dont like.

Its 100% not about "cheating". I just want to play with my friends. I dont have a main character. So i dont care about getting AP or anything. I just want to have fun and play a game with my friends. That was possible before. And they removed it.

Cause some cry babies where complaining about a smal majority of players abusing that system. Why not making it that you set a home campaign where you get the reward but you can still enter on different factions but dont count for leaderboard or end campaign reward. Like joining as a guest. Is this too much to ask for?

Stricter faction lock when? For every post about faction lock ZOS should add something else that makes it harder to hop around.

Its so stupid. How about their other friends? If they decide: Okay i go and play on AD now they need to "coordinate" ALL their friends to AD? Maybe their WHOLE guild?

You know how one sided cyro will be then? its already pretty unbalanced atm.

Without Faction lock there wasnt a big problem besides a smal amount of player who where "abusing" that system. So now players who never "exploited" this system gets punished now.

Every suggestion to work around current faction lock will always have a down side. Always. Its pretty frustrating after years of all this freedom where you made friends over all factions and now you are locked out

Because that would still allow you to spy, flip resources and all the other things that faction lock is meant to prevent? Just a wild guess.

I basicly said at least 3 times that other campaigns are not an Option

and i dont like no CP
