My DDs are not generally up to the standard required to pug harder content.

Used to, I agree with the other user it takes too long the queue and it kills a large part of the available time.

The queue times are too nasty and I hate dealing with both a fake tank and fake healer.

But this is why we have guilds eh? No more need for pugs.

I have to really tryhard and give 100%, and it's exhausting and annoying, specially tanks that for some weird reason I will never understand, manage to ruin mob packs more than they already are on their spawn as well as pulling every single boss out of my destro ult, including static boss fights that shouldn't be possible to pull out. I'm actually fascinated how they do that.

I mean, I could pug it and just not give a snot as to what the others in my group think.

But deep down inside I'd be stressing out over how much damage I am doing.

No more. I’ve been running exclusively with guildies and other mates for a while now. Pugging is aids, just too many bad players. I understand that you’ve got to learn somehow but too often you get people who have no business being in a vet dungeon.

I mostly pug. I've even pugged a vet trial, but that's unusual.

I once pugged vet bloodroot with a 300 cp healer and dd. Only my DD toon and tank were 810. The 300 cp dd left on final boss and we got a 810 and cleared it.

Pugged vDoM on first try with two deaths within an hour of it's release.

Pugged vMHK easily. Had more trouble with a guild group, lol.

Pugged vSCP many times. Pugged vMoS a few times.

Pug vICP and vWGT all the time.

Haven't been able to pug vFrostvault and vFalkreath for some reason.

Fairly likely, I PUG them a pretty good bit. It helps to bring another player, for whatever reason the queues are faster.

I find that as a DD I have the easiest time compensating for what the group lacks. With 40k+ DPS I easily meet the DPS checks of any currently existing dungeon by myself, I always have a heal slotted, and most of my DDs are capable of switching to a tank setup mid-dungeon if that is the culprit but the other DD is good. And since usually it's the damage that is the problem, I almost always start off as a DD.

i'd rather pug as DD than support role, because i KNOW i can pull ~40k in a tight situation, whereas most dps i queue with are lucky to hit double digit dps.

I’ll do it occasionally. If I see we have a fake tank, I ask group to boot them. If they won’t, I leave. I also leave if I am doing 75% of group damage and we keep wiping due to having other DD unable to do damage.

If I have someone who is a genuine support I'm more than happy to pug the other two slots. It usually takes too long to queue to be a DD without a support in your group already and I refuse to be that person that queues as a fake healer or tank on vet unless it's a premade group for the queue bonus.

I pug on my dd a lot. Not many people in my guilds tank and if they do it's usually a dungeons that i hate or dislike. I'm no slouch, I can pull my weight. I can do any vet dlc dungeon on my dd. Fanglair and Scalecaller i can do in my sleep blindfolded on HM I've done it so many times. Only dungeon gives me pause is Moonhunter.

Problem with my dd is that there are a LOT of fake tank and healers out there. Yesterday was doing Scalecaller and the tank was dieing instantly on the 2 troll boss. I mean constantly. He was blocking the heavy attack and dieing instantly. Had a similiar problem with another tank in March of Sacrifices with another tank blocking the sword and board boss with the 3 sisters. Never even thought about roll dodging away from the heavy attacks. When i tried to tell hi. How it's done he blamed the healer...lol.

Saw a healer yesterday with a 2 hander and bow.....in Fanglair. Called him out on it. We wiped......respawn.......he quits and aggros boss on us. Good times.
