Mount won't run, Shield Up, Bone Goliath Not working properly et al..

I came home tonight and begin playing on my Necromancer toon. The game has been largely a buggy mess all night. FIrst of note is that my mount will not run; I've also run into a bug where I'm on foot and the game gives an error, You cannot mount right now (although no reason exists to prevent this such as combat); I also am seeing an error where the shield effect pops up and simply stays popped up. Further issues with crouching and the Bone Goliath doesn't work (my character simply gets really big which is at least great lul/z/). Below is an image reflecting two of these images, the shield effect and the error message top right. Is anyone else seeing this hot mess? To be clear I started with some trouble shooting including turning off all Add-ons and then updating my graphics card driver.

I should add that I have restarted the client as well as my machine to no avail.

So many of us have posted the exact same issues and ZOS had done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in response.
Class is broken and I reckon they have no clue how to fix it.

Had this yesterday, about 12 times in a row.

Each time I had to relog to clear the shield icon and be able to crouch/mount again.

It only stopped when I gave up and stopped playing the game.

Today I maxed out my Vampire skill line and I removed it to replace with Werewolf. Tada; no more problems at all!!!!!!!! None of the problems I listed originally in this post occured after removing the Vampire curse. Woot!

Switched my necro from magicka to stamina this week and not even a day in the same problems occurred. Girlfriend with stam necro not had any of these issues the past 3 weeks.
For me the last 3 days random bugs occurred in different combinations like choose 3 of the following, rest will be bugged or not working at all

- can run more than 0.5 sec
- can use food from quickslot
- can use buff/heal abilities (when this not working, even 5 setbonus vicious orphidian not restoring anything nor scythe skill heals myself in addition to its dmg)
- can mount
- can sprint on mount
- end blocking after not holding right mouse anymore
- can use synergies


reloadui, /stuck, porting in same area .... not solving any issue
porting to another area resets it and character is working.. until i get into a fight or holding block.. then it starts over again with random problems.

I am noticing a new bug but I don't doubt it is related to the overall issues. I added the summon mage/sorcerer ability for the necromancer and I believe that is messing up my WW ability. Comparable failure to what I had seen for the Goliath while Vampire. The bugs are a nuisance but I do feel compelled to say that overall I have loved Elsweyr and the new class has been a saving grace (we need more classes!!!!!!).

I tried removing all my stamina skills at the respec shrine but continue to have the problem.

So advice: don't make your necro stamina, it breaks it forever.

i have the EXACT same problem

- cant mount
- shield up
- cant sprint

when i relogg the problem goes away but is immediatly back after a couple minutes and some fighting

Same issue here on my Stam Necro, never happened on my Mag

Shield emblem is stuck hovering in the air and I'm locked in the block animation unless I roll out.
Can't mount or sprint, can't swap weapons, Scythe stops healing me, etc.

How about a response @ZOS_GinaBruno ?
