Can't load into Cyrodiil

Been trying to load into Cyrodiil for almost an hour. Each time I get hit with an infinite load screen (I let it sit there for minutes before I force quit). When I log back in, the server information in the Alliance war window doesn't load for about 5 minutes. Its just blank with no options of any kind. Then when it finally does load, infinite loads, rinse and repeat. I tried different servers, same result.
