PC/NA - seeing some guild chat and campaign issues.

I'm seeing significant (but less than EU reports) delay in guild chat, maybe 20-30 seconds. My campaign list is also completely empty, although the character I'm on is already homed to a campaign.

    Was fine just now but just relogged onto NA server and none of my guilds are listed, no friends listed, etc. Looks like maybe whatever was affecting the EU is now affecting NA too?

    Im stuck in a perm. load screen in Cyrodiil right now. I closed the game and Im still in perm load screen in cyrodiil. I can no longer load into that charactor. This happened after I took a foward camp.

    Yep can not get on the charactor now. Goes straight to loading screen and just stays there!

    We've seen this before of course. ZOS allegedly fixed it previously. Clearly didn't if it's back.

    NA my chat is delayed on average 10-20 seconds. EU it says I'm in no guilds :/
