Infinite Loading Screens to Cyrodiil (PC EU)

There is currently no way to enter Cyrodiil. Characters that were logged out are unable to log in due to a loading screen that will not end. Current record is 43 minutes before I terminated the game. Characters that are not in Cyrodiil cannot queue up because there are no campaigns shown in the campaign tab. Cyrodiil is completely inaccessible.

UPDATE: I finally got into Cyrodiil, but maybe I should have stayed out. There seems to be a roughly 45 minute delay on everything that goes on. Keeps aren't tagging or untagging, doors not closing or opening. It's frigging amazing.
