Hi,

I have submitted ticket before and received no response but submitted again today ticket number 190608-000710.

Can someone please help when available? Last time I only received automated responses which did not fix activation issue.

    It usually takes 24 hours for a response. If no reply, just reply back to the email or text message, issue not resolved. Are you playing on console or computer? What exactly is the issue?
