There are too many 'human' races. Orcs, Cats and lizards are all basic human clones - bipeds with two arms and a head. Now this one thinks what on Nirn is not remotly humanoid and yet is also a sentient? This one recalls a certain merchant living on an island in southern Vvardenfell - or even Morrowind.
This one loved the mechant and got millions and millions of shiny golden disks to play with from him - so this one thinks he was both sentient and extreamly intelligent!
MUDCRAB !!!
Imagine Nirn with zergloads of killer crabs comming at ya, spraying you with every imaginable disease and as dor being tanky them shells arn't just cosmetric you know.
I'm seeing alot of people say how daedra would be a kill on sight. Yet necromancy is illegal also. But as we see it only happens when I skill is used. So if they did create a daedra race there are a few simple solutions to said problem.
1. New type of decree fixing this issue from an alliance of sorts.
2. Polymorpgs that must be used when entering a major city or you will be attacked on sight.
3. For any "evil" race like daedra there is a good side also. Bring that yo light.
The thing about classes tho, they are nice for those just -starting- but a huge vexatzion for those who have been playing since summer 2014, both for reasons of "What? I have to make yet another alt to enjoy the new classyness???" and even moreso for "Why the -censored- was that -censored- class not -censored- available back at -censored- launch, ot -censored- would have made so much more -censored- sense for this -censored- main of mine! -censored-! -Censored-!! -CENSORED-!!!"
Races on the other hand can be refitted to existing characters per racechange token (which adds more profit for ZOS, as more people will pay more crowns for all of it!)
And in that spirit... I really hopw they will never add another class, and instead give us stuff we can refit to -any- character. Weapon skills. Guild skills. Maybe even some dual-classing or class specialization system... but No new base classes, pelase, warden and necromancer were painful enough...
