Twitch drops not working

I have linked my eso account to my twitch account and drops still won't enable. I've tried unlinking and relinking the accounts. I've created a support ticket with Twitch two weeks ago but received no response yet. I've also created a ticket with bethesda customer support, but just keep getting generic automated responses that don't help at all. I've missed out on many drops because of this and would like this issue to finally be resolved.
