Would a Guild that stretches to PC, Xbox & PS4 Honestly work? (Say, If someone was to make a Guild on all three platforms; Like Uniting all players for the love of ESO through discord and such)

✭✭✭✭✭Yes, @Neivos, as long as you can form a guild on each platform ... and use a unique name that is not already taken.
There is no current or planned cross-platform gameplay, however.0 -
