FUll groups getting kicked out of instances, chat lagging (3+ minutes to see a guildchat message), XP Rollback after getting kicked out of donjon, etc etc... @ZOS_GinaBruno
EU MEgaserver is in a bad shape right now.

Same problem with skills not firing, load screens so long that I have time to go and do my housework, unlootable WB (target is out of range), chat lag etc. Seems to be worse the last couple of days.

From my point of view the recent server upgrade did absolutely nothing besides maybe allowing the withdrawal of the log in queue.
Last night on PC-EU the chat lag was awful even at close to midnight BST. Filling Trade Guild Stores has become a total nightmare, I have 4 to restock and with a delay of 30+ seconds per item to be listed, it's become a very lengthy process!
I have given up on anything involving the LFG tool and also PVP. If it wasn't for friends doing Trials runs for fun rather than score, I'd probably have given up on them too! Having a group that is able to see the funny side when crazy stuff happens makes some activities still bareable.
As you can see from the above my list of stuff to do whilst ingame is becoming seriously eroded. As a five year player I have built up a great network of friends, they are all that keeps me logging in these days........
Now consider a new player without the benefit of a good support group to help them out, how long before they just leave due to frustration at all the hurdles they need to try to jump just to play the game???
