Still no jewelry crafting in Hollow City [RESOLVED - finally]

✭✭There are THREE enchanting stations in the enchanting building in the Hollow City. Surely, it would be easy enough to replace one of them with an outfit station. Just change the one in the back room - done! Not like they have to create space for it.
You can pick up JC writs and even turn them in there if you already have them crafted, but you can't actually craft jewelry there. It's just so baffling that they haven't bothered to add one there. The Fence doesn't make a lot of sense, since there's no law there. If you can't be chased by guards*, what's the point of being an outlaw?
But happy to see finally a Jewelcrafting and Outfit station going in.
In the mean time, I bought the Surreal Estate and put in a full crafting area, banker, merchant, and "fence" (but not a good fence), so when I'm outlaw in Tamriel I can still do my writs. Expensive but more convenient than most homes to the writ stations.
* They can chase me, they might kill me, but they'll never catch me.

I looked back at that thread, and Gina's post that you've quoted above is from July 2014, LOL! If they haven't fleshed it out after 5+ years, I don't think there's much hope. But you know what they say about hope...it springs a leak!0
