He is, but only in some of the instances of Hollow City, and you cannot select your instance manually. Try relogging a few times and porting to other players, instead of jusr using the wayshrine. Standing here now talking to people been trying that for over an hour. it isn't working. he BROKE.

Phaedrathallassa✭✭✭I tried to go to several instances of coldharbour by relogging/travelling to friends, but was not able to find Zanil. I hope that he will carry this week's items next week as well. Last week I was able to find him briefly on saturday and did get the knight statue, but I wanted to stock up again on candles.
Lazy bugger's gone on summer vacation... or perhaps this is zos way to make the luxury stuff truly rare.

Well, yeah, I have to admit that I´ve been lazy*: I´ve tried it only for thirty minutes (that involved porting to people from my five guilds, relogging, switching to other chars) before I gave up... Let´s hope that he´ll be there next week in every instance (and also sells the items from the past two weeks).
