PC EU, no luxury vendor present.
I'd be really disappointed to miss out on these statues just because... Well, whatever bizarre bug can make a pre-programmed weekly NPC that has not even any active interaction besides a six item trade menu vanish.

Hopefully the luxury vendor is just out enjoying Elsweyr and will be back soon? Maybe he can get back to work Monday?? At least long enough to give those of us who wait until Sunday to shop from him a chance to buy those awesome statues.

I too did not see Zanil Theran. Tried multiple times all weekend long. I put in a ticket and got this back:

Zanil Theran will not have items for sale the weekend of May 26th-May 28th. The next time he will have items for sale will be the weekend of June 2nd to 4th. You can read more about this here.

What BS is this? The "here" in the second to last sentence is a link to a 2 year old forum post! The dates are not weekends and clearly some people got to buy from Theran so the first part of the response is BS. I know ZOS can only handle routine transactional errors but at least teach your customer service reps how to read a damned calendar.

Maybe ZOS has decided that this needs RNG too so going forward, you'll have an x% chance of seeing him. Did anyone check the patch notes?

I don't think spamming their names in here will solve anything, or get them to reply here any faster.

Though I can see why it's tempting. A new week is nearly here, and the luxury furnishing vendor took a major leave of absence. Totally AWOL and just poof. I just wanted one of those statues.

Maybe if we ask nicely? ZoS pretty please get this vendor back from his unexpected and non approved vacation. I know we are crappy customers. No hello, no goodbye. We just buy some stuff and leave, so rude I know. Guess the vendor got sick of us after being so neglected.

Because of the way the original weeks worked out and the zones we had then we have something in most styles for most areas, most races.

Apart really for Khajiit …

So this one is asking. In future perhaps could we see a few Elsweyr items as the extra added thing? Even if that does not fit the style for the week. Because we do not really have a Khajiit or Elsweyr week to begin with.

Also this one does not recall any Summerset style items if she is right.

We cannot increase the number of weeks in the year so the only solution would be to add these to weeks where they do not fit - or combine two existing weeks together to leave a week free for the new things.

I want to confirm that the luxury vendor is broken yet again. Such a shame I wanted items from both weeks and could not get them when I went to purchase. Why not leave the guy out at all times, and just shift what he sells? He can sell some luxury junk or recipes or something when he's not selling furnishings on the weekends.

He should be back on his regular schedule this week.

He was working earlier today on PC/NA, now he's nowhere to be found. Sounds like it might the same as what's happened with PC/EU (i.e., only visible in some instances/shards).
