Was just wondering if the Elsweyr Collector's Edition also includes the Morrowind/Summerset pre-order items or if they are exclusive to the Crown Store Collector's Packs? I'm guessing they're exclusive to the Crown Store, but I might as well ask.

No, the Morrowind & Summerset CE items are exclusive to those chapters.
