    I cannot get the damm image to work here sorry. As you can see there is NO Manage Membership button for me and before everyone starts saying that I do not have a subscription...I do. They take the cash. Simple as that!

    OP I also have 2 email addresses registered with the website, 1 is the one that i play the game and purchase everything through, the other is the one i was going to use, but didnt.

    The screenshot you show, is the same screen i get on the account with no purchases, the one that has the manage membership and cancel subscription buttons is the one i use that has purchases on.

    It would seem you indeed are logging on to the wrong account, if you have another email account then i would suggest searching for any ESO emails in there, it may possibly throw up the answers you seek.

    For all of ESO's/Zenimax's faults, i can say with confidence they have never taken money i dont want them to take. It is that simple.

    If they were looking to scam you do you think it would be for $15 or £15 or even 15 euro's, my guess it would be for much much more.

    I always cancel my sub. I tend to sub for longer periods for the lower rates which means I tend to lose track of when it expires. Cancelling means that I make a decision each time it rolls over whether I want to continue to play. To me it's just sensible insurance against paying for time I'm not going to use, whether that's because I'm busy with other things or don't care for the direction the game has gone. It's not a grand gesture, just prudence at work.

    Whilst i have been able to find and use the subscription cancel feature, I'm with the OP on the website and soft scam concept.

    Using any page associated with the 'manage account' process is like stepping back in time and usability so much, that it's hard to believe that the design isn't deliberately confusing. It's much easier to lodge a ticket through the game itself, than come here and lodge one.

    Everything else this company does supports the deliberate soft scam approach.

    A giant message on the first page saying that you have not bought anything on this account is now considered scamming? Interesting...

    This is something for cusfomer support. If that is the active ESO Plus account, something is wrong and only support can deal with it.

    @ZOS_BillE just as FYI.
    ESO Plus: No

    @Donatelllo, based on the image you shared, you've logged into the wrong account to cancel your ESO Plus membership. I am sending you a PM.

    I am closing this thread as it has more than served it's purpose.
