Ok I am alittle pissed.
I just tried to home a char that hasn't been in any pvp server this round.
I was homed in the non cp 30 day campaign before changes.
So I go to home in Bah and what pops up ?
You need to pay ap to home there, so I check Kaal, yep wants ap to join
What's the deal zos, ???? you greedy or something ?

✭✭I believe it's a bug... I'd put in a ticket. There's another thread about it and that's what they did to fix it.
