Drop mages wrath for boundless
I don’t know. I have been having a lot of success with mages wrath. When I used boundless so many times I would have someone down to execute and a wrath prof would have finished them off.
I mean eventually they still die but when I am trying to 1vx I find if I kill them quicker I don’t need to tank as much.
What are the advantages of boundless over wrath? Maybe I am overlooking something.

i was half joking, this build isnt solely reliant on flame reach spam, I dont have masters because I dont really care for pve. But its not better. Flame reach is your spammable. Its too expensive and too weak without the master staff. Just use force pulse with willpower. Youre the one making a AMA thread about "meta sorc build." No offense.

You can't really feel that you're missing something when you've never had it in the first place....
When you play with a master staff and see how it feels and plays when Reach costs 1k less magicka per cast and does 1k more dmg in PvP, you just won't go back. Ever. 1k extra magicka in your build is nothing in comparison. You're comparing a Mercedes S Class to a Ford Escort and arguing the latter has never let you down, when you've never driven an S in the first place. Seems quite to silly to the eyes of anyone who has. It is the meta MagSorc weapon for a reason.

"you cant really feel..." and any validation goes out the window right there. masters is overrated but nice to have im sure. Can play perfectly fine without it.

Pets were always worth while. They were just frowned upon as inconvenient and cumbersome.
Now that sorcs have to run slightly more defensive builds they are kinda forced into using them for the efficiency of their dmg being outside of the global cool down.
