Cripple root

Cripple doesn't root right now in PvP, maybe bug fix this ability instead of nerfing it first????????????????????????

EDIT: for those that don't know, cripple is supposed to root according to the tooltip. however, on live, it doesn't root even though the game recognizes the ability lands and even says with combat text "immobilized"

I'm not surprised just extremely disappointed and pissed. It's like nerfs are the only thing which have priority in terms of combat balance. No bug fixes. No buffs. No improvements. Just nerfs. I can already tell you what will happen in the weapon skill rework: Bad skills will still be bad and the good skills will be bad as well. The combat balance team poisons the game with their "long term vision" which only consists nerfing everyone apparantly. It it works, just not when you use it but will be fine for the enemy0
