Elsweyr Digital Collectors Edition question

I pre-ordered the standard digital Elsweyr edition when it was announced, but now I'd like to upgrade to the collector's edition. The crown store items are appealing, to say the least! But I can't find where I can go to upgrade from standard to collectors. Steam only lets me buy the collectors on it's own, which includes the 40 dollar edition I already bought. I just want the collectors edition items. Is there any way I can get them without spending another 50 dollars?
