I am confused. Are chapters not considered DLC? When I try to use the Elyswer features, it says I need to upgrade. I pay for ESO Plus specifically to not need to deal with the DLC separately, Please tell me whether I should have Elyswer with ESO PLur or let me know if I should cancel ESO Plus and just pay for the DLC separately.
