This doesn't "screw" anyone, yes your number are mildly lower but that doesn't change whether or not you can complete any content. NPCs are still going to do the same preprogrammed mechanics that you'll have to react to, and you'll still with persistence and grit be able to kill them.

Howls are worked in while Kena is up and Bloodmoon is on cooldown.
Increase the ww bleed BIG TIME or adjust the other dmg sources. Bleeding dmg got nerfed ~ -50% (combat metrics ftw), and NOTHING... really NOTHING buffed?
Braindead LA rotation should not give top tier DPS in PvE.

When BM procs just spam LA.
And ofc Relequen is a must have for any stam variation.
I dont think WW need more damage but maybe extra group utility and some kind of command for the pets like the new Daedric Pray.

No player who does not want to be a burden for their grp, would use bloodmoon in a trial grp. Ok, those never ressing, no target switching and not moving maybe.... but ... you get my point.
