Mortal coil

So I was testing out the stamina necromancer and I really liked the ability mortal coil as it gives nice sustain and a small hot. The heal scales off magicka / spell crit so I was curious to see how effective it could be on a mag necromancer & was not disappointed. I suspect I wont see alot of mag characters using this morph (besides pvp) as it gives stamina sustain. Should it scale with your highest offensive stat so stam users could enjoy that good hot? or would that be to OP? I guess it probably would be considering it costs magic and gives stamina. Just curious what y'all think.
