Let me write the Patch notes for you:

IN THIS UPDATE

We heard that you thought that Stam nightblades were over powered.
We at Zenimax take your concerns very seriously, so effectively immediately we have implemented
the below changes to help balance things out and cater to our wonderful players whom we care so much about!

First: We have adjusted the base weapon and spell damage of nightblades to 5000, we thought, why should nightblades need gear or weapons to give them power, this will foster an environment in which nightblades walk around naked, thus making them easy targets.

Second: We have removed all passive heals, and all shields from the game.

Third: We took 5 skills with names that currently make sense for what they do, and we completely revamped these skills so they now do something completely different that does not actually correlate to the name of the skill!

So after our first post we heard your concerns and we want you to know that your opinion matters.

We heard that you feel these changes might unfairly affect the balance of the game so here's what we've done.

FIRST

We've introduced a new set of gear

Mark of the disconnected developer

2 piece bonus - +5,682 Spell and physical resistance
3 piece bonus - + 12,000 physical penetration
4 piece bonus - + 5,000 Stamina
5 piece bonus - When you attack a player with any skill from stealth you have a 100% chance to turn them into a drag queen for 30 minutes. Players turned into a drag queen will not be able to use skills or weapons, but will be fabulous, and have great singing voices.

We have adjusted racial passives for the following classes:
Wood Elf
Redguard
Imperial
Dark Elf(we were drunk, i dunno)

All of the noted classes will now get a weapon and spell crit base of 75% when using skills from the assassination tree

We hope this resolves any outstanding complaints you might have!

Jokes aside, it took me like 3 days to finally download PTS. Just I was about to go in, the servers went down.

Nightblade, Dragonknight, Templar, Warden and Sorcerer are now named "Rogue", "Warrior", "Paladin", "Ranger" and "Mage" to better reflect their intended role.

Everything is fine. There will be a playstyle that is viable. Always is, always will be. Enjoy the game an don’t let ZOS take the fun away! You give them money still so make sure you get YOURS! If you can’t beat em join em!
