Flapping Sorcerer Pets / Daedra

    Oh man! Great idea. I want a sorc pet polymorph so I can troll people. For pvp with two sorc pets, a proc pet, a non combat pet, and disguised as a pet!

    FYI, back in the Everquest days they had a shrink buff that reduced the size of players, and could be cast on pets to make the half size. I'd love to be able to shrink or hide the matriarch.

    A thread asking for a fix to the sorc pet problem? I'm on board. I'll agree with every thread on this topic. Bring on your dead horses. ZOS needs to address this issue.

    I wouldn't complain if bears and daedra were auto unsummoned upon entering towns. Bears blocking the writs is the most annoying.

    I worry about this and the upcoming change to breath of life wrt line of sight. I can foresee pet sorc dps complaining of ineffective heals when it was their own zoo that blocked my line of sight, and thus the heals

    I want to see guards chasing those abominable evil daedric pets !!! Maybe, for good measure, throw in some townsfolk running and screaming in fear. The sorcs don't need to get a bounty from that, not suggesting that. o:)

    They substainsally increase lag in towns. Often times 100s of them in Wayrest lagging me into oblivion.

    Honestly they just need to make sorc and warden pets only visible to the owner unless in combat.

    I agree. Daedric magic needs to be a criminal act. Nothing lore breaking when Molag Bal is invading Tamriel with Daedra and meanwhile sorcs can walk freely with pets out.

    for one, as sorcerer i agree pets should be unsumonned in towns

    but

    i disagree with 1. why should it cause horror in citizens of tamriel? you can remember thieves guild quest in oblivion where you have to stole that staff
    then, dremora just came to guard and give him letter. guard didnt attack that dremora

    This seems fair. Not for PVP, but PVE. Also could make it a settings option per player. Maybe Pet Sorcs don't want to see the pets really so they shrink them, but I'd like to see them and we have separate settings.

    ZoS already made the best solution to avoid seeing flappy birds on cities.

    Now i plan to do a pet summoning only in cities, to annoy those ones who were endless crying for petsorcs death, and in memory of a lost age where we petsorcs enjoyed playing with pets (nothing new, btw, in Everquest around year 2000 i played a pet class np, pet classes have existed always in MMOs).

    Oh! and my warden will keep putting his bear on the writs boxes, in support for the pet nerfing.
    To all former pet players: support this move. Let´s flood cities with pets to tell everyone pets are not dead yet even if you suddenly stop watching them in bgs, dungeons and trials!

    sometimes... when i return writs or do banking activities in a small building.. i summon both pets on purpose... just for fun :D

    Make flappy birds into scantily dressed deadra females and watch the complaints go from "kill sorc pets" into "we needs moar sorc zoo builds!"

    On topic: My solution would be cutting sorc pets to half. Half size, half damage-output and half healing with matriarch.
    That could help solve some of the issues with them.

    How quickly they always turn into a #nerfsorc thread.

    ZoS listened to this and went beyond halving the damage output.
