    Actualy russian isn<t a race se even if you would openly claim to hate them. You couldn<t be called a racist.

    But there is probably even more american cheating and exploiting the game. It just that for someone leaving in north american who is sued to hear and read mostly english. It hit your mind when you read or hear another language. So many end up thinking that most cheater and exploiter are foreigner.

    Russians are not foreigners to me.
    Americans are.

    Yep, we all have the capability to jump on to keep walls from the ground, no clip through wall, be invisible whenever we choose without crouching, and take absolutely no damage at will.

    Yeah, everything looks to be on the up and up...no cheating to see here...

    That's not a cheat its a bugged skill this its an exploit. ZOS have acknowledged it needs fixing / health desync issue

    An "Exploit" is still a cheat.

    I believe last time I went through ToS and CoC it also clearly stated that exploits should be reported and not used after they had been discovered. People have been banned from using exploits in dungeons and trails, so there is no doubt that exploits is in the same league like a "cheat".
