Help with Necromancer Build.

First I am an average player. I do mainly PVE and stick to most anything I can solo. So when I play a class I am looking for solo survivability in every circumstance possible. When it comes to the Necromancer I have found that Magicka Necro has a lot more survivability than Stam Necro does. But Stam Nerco does more damage.
The test I use for myself is Skyreach catacombs. In the normal " circle " that I run in Skyreach, there is nothing but trash mobs except for one boss. It is the Boss in Skyreach that has people on there knees bowing to him. I don't know why this Boss seems to give me such fits but he always has. If I can get past him without dying or only dying once or twice I'm good. However, If I have problems with this fight then I know I need to change up the build or adjust my rotation. I just reached CP 810 on live the other day so using the full 810 CP on PTS is accurate for where I am. On Magicka Necromancer I beat this fight no problem. I just keep Spirit mender up ( the 8-second morph ) at all times. But On the Stamina Necromancer, I have no healing to sustain me through this fight. Vigor is just not enough. As I said, I am an average player and not an elite player. My Dps is 20k-25k.
I really like playing both Stamina and Magicka versions of Necromancer but can't seem to figure out how to increase the stamina Necromancers survivability given the only heal is Vigor. I was hoping maybe there was some advice I could get from others about this so I will be able to play in all PvE content solo when it hits live. I really enjoy playing Solo including Wb fights when possible. I've asked everywhere in the PTS forums for a Stamina heal for Necro or a Heal that scales off highest stat to no avail. I don't pvp except to get the skill lines. At a loss at this point and feel like if I want to play a necro I am going to have no choice but to play a Magicka Necro. Any help or advice on the survivability on the Stamina Necro would be appreciated.

jypcy✭✭✭✭✭Aside from vigor, are you also taking advantage of your stamina pool to block or dodge attacks? I’m also not sure what your bars look like, but do you have healing morphs of applicable weapon abilities? E.g., using blood craze instead of rending slashes.
If you have a stamdk on live, I’d expect you could play stamromancer fairly similarly.0
