Unable to submit a ticket.

I'm trying to submit a refund request. However, after I navigate through the correct menus, and fill in the correct information there is no option to submit the ticket. I have tried using multiple browsers.

    You can submit a ticket through our account recovery page by following the steps below.
    1. Visit the account recovery page and select the option that best describes your issue
    2. Enter what you can remember about your account in the Account Information fields.
      • If you are currently using a different email than the one that is associated with your ESO game account, please select "I cannot be reached at this email" and enter that in the "Provide a valid email address where we may reach you." line.
    3. In the Additional Comments box, please include a brief description of your issue.
    4. When you have finished filling out the form, click the Submit button at the bottom of the page.

    That is not my issue I can log in just fine. I am unable to submit a ticket once I fill it out.

    This is as far as I can get in the support process. A button to submit the ticket doesn't exist on any of the four browsers I've attempted to submit a ticket on.

    Normally once each required field is filled out a button that says "Next" will pop up at the bottom allowing you to proceed with starting the ticket. The next thing you should try is changing to a different support category to see if the same problem happens when starting a ticket.
