After an incredible grinding, my friend @Sayako finally reached 3600CP on PC-EU Server!!! Is there someone else who achieved this result? Or he's the "World First 3600CP Player"???

I know this is going to get a lot of hostile "get a life" comments, but just know that this is pretty impressive to some of us.
Edit: Yep, hostile comments along those lines confirmed below, or people saying that its pointless when its up to him to decide if it was worth investing his time in grinding. - they are the reason a cap was put in place
- they were compensated with an unknown payment

Agreed.
Probably others have reached 3,600 in the past, but getting there is still very impressive.
Though I do hope no botting was involved.
Some people suggest that very high CP accounts also use botting methods to get there.

As I recall, there were three people back then who exceeded 1k, not 3600. Gina mentioned it in a stray post back in the day, when asked if anyone had reached cap.
This might, legitimately, be the first person to hit 3600.4 -

Witchmother's Potent Brew (Increase Max Magicka by 2856, Max Health by 3094, and Magicka Recovery by 315 for 2 hours.
- Trash Potions when feeling cheap: Regular CP150 Essence of Magicka pots that I obtain frequently from playing the game or Crown Tri-Restoration Potion obtained from dailies.
- Crafted Potions: Essence of Spell Critical (Bugloss, Lady's Smock, and Water Hyacinth). Without magelight this is my primary means of obtaining Major Prophecy on my Sorc, which increases my Spell Critical Rating. This also heals and restores magicka. Essence of Immovability (Columbine, Corn Flower, and Wormwood). I use this in PvP, since this gives me stealth detection, knockback immunity, and restores magicka (better to use it when competent allies are nearby, since it might reveal that you are surrounded by multiple players in stealth and you will not have an emergency pot available after use). Essence of Invisibility with only 2 ingredients (Blue Entoloma, Namira's Rot, Nirnroot, or Spider Egg). I use this in PvE content that requires stealth and if I need more speed I'll use Rapid Maneuver before using the potion. Essence of Invisibility with 3 ingredients (Blessed Thistle, Blue Entoloma, and Namira's Rot). Very useful in PvP alongside the vampire Dark Stalker passive, since you'll be invisible, ignore movement speed penalty while in Crouch, and you'll have a 30% movement speed boost from Major Expedition (I always have this slotted when riding from point A to B in PvP land, since gankers are always lurking). My templar/arcanist will mostly use Essence of Health (Tri-Stat Potion) Ingredients: (Mountain Flower, Columbine, and Bugloss).
