Snares have been a problem in this game for a long time, and although quite a few improvements have been made, I think it could be taken one step farther, for at least a week of the pts to test it out.

Snare removal skills having a universal 2 second cooldown on their effectiveness is not enough for outnumbered pvp, especially with how prevalent and effective snare builds are. All snare immunity should get buffed to 4 seconds imo, but shuffle and rat have the strongest cases because of their expensive cost. I am personally all for reworking and fixing overperforming damage skills that provide a lot of utility and damage, but I think you can make the case that now a lot of classes are having a difficult time fitting all of the buffs and utilities that they want on their bars.

Reasons for increasing snare immunity to 4 seconds

1. ZOS already nerfed the top end speed for players a few patches ago, so gap closers will land more consistently.
2. ZOS removed the minimum distance for gap closers, so they should all work more reliably.
3. the cost of race against time and shuffle are extremely expensive and one is behind a paywall.
4. Snare builds are some of the most powerful builds in the game and although some changes have been made to help, I think more can be done to these abilities.
5. The game is more fun in a fast paced environment. 2 seconds is not enough to enjoy that fast moving fun :).

Let's just put a bandaid on move speed for one week(!) of patch notes, and if people don't like it, or the game doesn't work properly, then change it back.

    then please also increase sneak speeds (for all classes), because when i am sneaking it feels like im crawling in mud.
    yes i allready know about and use the armors, and passives and vampire passive and skills that allow for sneak, they all together simply still make sneaking way too slow.
    increase sneak speeds to where they used to be when we could travel as fast as the horses, it hurt nothing and was no advantage.
    it. made. the. game. Fun!
    let it return.

    Just add diminishing returns to them. (More they are use, less effective they are). Then it would be fine
