So if you want to change your ID you need to answer the security question. BUT if you've forgotten the answer you cant fill out this form to get it reset
Plus you need the email of the date you join , who keeps email verifications ! lol ... Anyone know of a backdoor to support cant seem to find one ?

If you are opening a ticket through the account recovery form, give your best guess as to what the secret question answer would be. You will then be able to start the ticket where support will follow-up afterwards.

Cheers but got no where fast with that clicking on submit nothing happens, I assume it because I don't know any of the "Red" star bits

When filling out the account recovery form, you can simply provide your best guess in any of the red star required fields if you don't remember the answer. If you still have issues getting a ticket started please let us know.

Update not working can login it's wanting so other login information , not ESO one

Ok how do I get a ticket started, can't get past any of your " who are you" bots every time I tried to get a ticket started it's just a list that's has nothing do with what I'm asking . Nothing is working when clicking on submit to start a ticket
