This is easily, and by far, the worst change to this game that you guys have EVER made. Why? Because there is absolutely no counter play to it AT ALL for a magicka class. I can step out of the sorcerer's negate, but there's nothing I can do to stop an incap from stealth, at which point I can't do anything. I can't heal, I can't cast a shield, I can't stun, I can't gap close away, I can't do anything except sit there and get easily slaughtered in three seconds or less. There should be absolutely no single target silence in any way, shape, or form conceivable within this game. It's TOO strong. This change needs to be completely and totally scrapped and forgotten about in it's entirety. DO. NOT. LET. THIS. GO. LIVE.

As a matter of fact, just about every nightblade change this patch has been garbage, but this ladies and gentlemen, this one takes the cake for all time most broken idea the devs have ever come up with.

On a different note, I think all the changes to movement and snares have been top tier, I couldn't be happier with them.

    All they needed to do was take the stun off the skill. Even with the stun and defile, it wasn't that bad to get hit with.

    Whoever was working on NB this go around should probably be fired man.
    Resolve = gutted
    Surprise attack = gutted
    Having to use mark = useless
    Incap = aids

    News Flash: Killing properly built tanky specs with a good player behind it is difficult for any class. Most classes don’t even have access to Major Debuffs in their class kit, let alone Minor Berserk or now Minor Vulnerability.

    I feel you, I love my no pet mag sorc but I play all classes both mag and stam. Unfortunately there really is no way to adapt to this change other than just playing stam. Considering I only come to ESO for the PvP, that kills 1/2 my toons and the time I've invested in them. It's enough to cancel my plus subscription and find a new game until this is fixed

    And for the record, I DO NOT want to see counter play to the silence introduced, it's not the answer. This just simply NEEDS to go. Bad idea all around, don't try to fix it just take a couple steps back. Keep the defile, remove the stun, problem solved.

    You clearly don't play magicka or don't do much damage with it if you do

    Technically if we could look at some sort of statistic data, I think we reached a moment in the history of ESO forums that breaks the world guinness record in the number of "Nightblade nerf threads".

    I mean Incap threads are all over the place. You look left - Incap threads, look right - Incap threads. Whenever you look there is at least 5 Incap threads... :D:D:D LOL

    I definitely think this was a bad move on their part lol, everyone is going to make NBs and just stay in stealth till someone runs out of stam and pops out of hiding...welcome to Cyrodiil…...battle of the Nightblades edition......

    This one, this is easily, far and away the worst change as it completely changes both how the game is played and tilts balance over on its head. If you are a class with movement this is the biggest buff one can imagine in PVP. If you are a class without movement you are now totally defenseless road kill.

    To better visualize the (un)intended consequence of this then consider most of DC alliance play in the current campaign. Unkillable heavy armor ball groups moving at high speed ultispam mowing everything in its path. If you can streak or cloak you can get out of the way, but if you are say a Magden then you have no stam, no stam recovery (they nerfed Major Endurance off of Warden), you can't block, can't dodge roll, can't move, can't run ... just roadkill.

    Heck they don't even have to run at around at high speed in heavy armor, they can just gap close around the field at speed 1-2-3 ing all the non-movement capable light armors. Again Magden has zero defense, zero counter play.

    If you are a "second line" build then snares and less then out of control movement game mechanics were your only salvation, but it all went to hell in a hand basket when they introduced Swift and unbalanced everything movementwise with unprorated cut across the board in Major Expedition. Yea, they are throwing in a kludge, adhoc, of "breaking the rule" and giving Wardens a couple of extra seconds in their Major Expedition, but Magdens are sitting at <10K stam AND they nerfed away our stam recovery, it is useless.

    If there is one good thing, the out of control the high speed, unstoppable, unkillable ball groups will make PVP so toxic, and unplayable, ZOS will have to do immediate emergency changes to get Movement mechanics back to some semblance of balance.

    A) what good is that with the (amazing) new gap closers

    B ) 3sec of dodge roll will murk my 16k stam, and then comes the stun lock
