First off: Stamblade does not need a sustain buff. However Magblade could make use of that. I suggest that gets put onto soul harvest. As magbalde is supposed to be the class that has good sustain
Secondly: Magicka while now have very little counterplay against Incap
Third: We will now have even more SnB Stamblades who will Reverb+Incap and you're ded (This also further encourages a tank meta)

But gilliam plays a snb blade. He wants every stamblade to run sword and board with 30k+ hp in heavy deleting enemies. So I think nobody who picked nb in at the start planned on playing a brawler...
