The title says it all...
2 weeks for a LOCKED CHAR ticket and ZERO response from support
My char was locked for no reason and most likely because of ZOS error (according to latest hotfix patch notes that said characters were becoming unavailable)
Yet.... No response for anything so that i can finally play the game i paid for....
