Account Recovery and my account was wiped.
I recently tried to log into my account and found I was unable to, I contacted support to have my account recovered, after 7 days of waiting for a response the support team "recovered" my account for me. They sent me a password reset link when I went to the account my entire account was gone. There were no purchases on my account, not even the game. Everything is gone. I had purchased the ESO Gold Edition, Summerset DLC, monthly access and several purchases of crowns.
I have tried to contact the support team regarding this but they take forever to respond and I am really at a loss and need help.
