Account Recovery and my account was wiped.

I recently tried to log into my account and found I was unable to, I contacted support to have my account recovered, after 7 days of waiting for a response the support team "recovered" my account for me. They sent me a password reset link when I went to the account my entire account was gone. There were no purchases on my account, not even the game. Everything is gone. I had purchased the ESO Gold Edition, Summerset DLC, monthly access and several purchases of crowns.
I have tried to contact the support team regarding this but they take forever to respond and I am really at a loss and need help.

    Ok, let's just make sure, did you by any chance login to the PTS? That can look and feel just like you describe. Although you should have the same DLCs

    Do you know how to PM one of the GM's, I have never used the forums, I took a break from ESO after Summerset and came back to find I couldn't log into my account and now all of this has happened.

    Oh, no I didn't. I thought I might have given them my PS4 USERID and accidentally had them reset the wrong account but I searched through screenshots on my PC and I gave them the correct USERID but when I log into the account there are no purchases at all like the account has been wiped.

    I did reply again last night letting the support team know that there was nothing on the account and I can't even log into the game because there is no game purchase on the account. They haven't responded yet but I thought maybe someone on the forums could help as well.
