Mod/Admin pls help!

So i need help to change my email because the email i use for my ESo account is blocked by microsoft for no reason.So i want to change it to a new one.But when i go to support and want to submit a ticket i cant log in.I smash the log in button but nothing is happening at all the site stands still.No cant log in or wrong password no error at all just nothing.I can do account recovery but not log in to submit a ticket.

Can any admin/Mod here help out pls?

Try a different web browser such as Edge to see if you can login. The support page has issues with some browsers for many.

You can submit a ticket through our account recovery page by following the steps below.

1. Visit the account recovery page and select the option that best describes your issue
2. Enter what you can remember about your account in the Account Information fields.
   • If you are currently using a different email than the one that is associated with your ESO game account, please select "I cannot be reached at this email" and enter that in the "Provide a valid email address where we may reach you." line.
3. In the Additional Comments box, please include a brief description of your issue.
4. When you have finished filling out the form, click the Submit button at the bottom of the page.
